I have had a neck injury for close to 4 years. It has been consistently painful for that whole time, even through treatment by another PT and chiropractic manipulation.
As a seamstress, this has put major limitation on my ability to work and my overall ability to do neck-straining activities (i.e. reading, computer work…) I’d been told my condition was permanent.
In less than a month of coming to MDT, I have very minimal or NO pain, and feel very confident in pursuing my occupation without pain.
I’m so grateful to MDT for the personalized treatment and for giving me the knowledge of how to maintain a pain-free neck. I can only say that I wish I had come to MDT a long time ago!

Patient Testimonial: Kelly G.
Recurring pain in forearms had worsened so I returned to MDT after a year and a half. Nick and Bryan quickly figured out it was a different problem this time rather than a nerve compression (treated by Debbie in 2006) it was thoracic outlet syndrome – my pectoral muscles were so shortened and compressed they were imginging on the arteries and restricting blood flow to my forearms.
Simple compression verified that the pain got worse in my arms. Nick prescribed door-way stretches, which helped the pain within a day. Muscle massage and upper back strengthening balanced me out. Oh, and in the middle of this I threw out my lower back which has happened a few times over the years. Backbends and copra stretches fixed it and made me feel strong and core exercises are great-thank you!

Patient Testimonial: Elizabeth C.
After 6 visits to MDT, I have greatly increased my mobility and am able to do many things normally. I am able to sit comfortably, walk at almost as fast a pace as normal. I am bending forward a bit and can finally put my socks on. Twisting and lifting is still tricky. I can feel it in my back when a half gallon of milk is held too far out from my body, but do not have any problems if I am careful.
