Patient Testimonial: Kelly G.

Recurring pain in forearms had worsened so I returned to MDT after a year and a half. Nick and Bryan quickly figured out it was a different problem this time rather than a nerve compression (treated by Debbie in 2006) it was thoracic outlet syndrome – my pectoral muscles were so shortened and compressed they were imginging on the arteries and restricting blood flow to my forearms.

Simple compression verified that the pain got worse in my arms. Nick prescribed door-way stretches, which helped the pain within a day. Muscle massage and upper back strengthening balanced me out. Oh, and in the middle of this I threw out my lower back which has happened a few times over the years. Backbends and copra stretches fixed it and made me feel strong and core exercises are great-thank you!
